Who Am I?
Scott Elliott, creator of The 21 Plank Off Challenge and The FIT Kit. Personal trainer for over a decade. I gave up the life of an engineer to pursue a passion in fitness. Although this was a tough transition, seeing my own family struggle with health conditions was a big incentive to live the healthy life. I wanted to bring my family the knowledge, tools, and experience to keep them healthy and around for years to come.
