About Alex
Hello everyone, my name is Alex Crumes and as a trainer at Kool Body Training, I focus on body transformation with weight training. My passion for health and fitness started about 4 years ago after spending a great amount of time in the gym while being in undergrad.
My experience is quite extensive, as I have a degree in Kinesiology, Personal Training Certification from NASM, am a former D1 athlete and Physical Therapy Aide as well and have worked with many different types of people from athletes to people of all ages who just want to get fit and reach their goals.
I understand that one size fits all type of program is not the best for everyone, so I focus on customizing my training experience whether your goal is muscle gain, fat loss, increase in strength or performance. I truly believe you can transform your body using strategies from different types of training methods to create the body you want. When training with me, we will put in some real work but also have fun and be informed while doing it.
